The SHRM-Texas State Council invites you to complete the RFP below for the opportunity to speak at the 2011 Global Conference.  

Please note that all information must be submitted online.  You may submit up to two RFP's for consideration.  Each RFP will require that you complete a new form.

Please submit your name as you wish to see it published, a bio for each speaker and a professional photo to texasshrm@gmail.com.   This information will be provided to attendees at the conference.

Audio/Visual Requirements

All rooms will be set-up auditorium style and will be equipped with the following:

  • LCD Projector for PowerPoint presentations (Laptop computers will NOT be provided.  You must bring your own)
  • Screen
  • Wireless Lavaliere Microphone
  • Podium w/ Microphone
  • Audio Capability

By submitting this form, you give the SHRM-Texas State Council Global HR Conference permission to distribute your presentation handouts/CD to those members who could not attend your presentation.   You understand that it is the practice of the SHRM-TSC Global HR Conference to not give Honorariums.  If selected, you agree to adhere to the deadline schedule furnished by the confernece committee for your presentation.  You understand that your presentation is not a showcase for promotion of your business, practice or product and that you may not sell your products or services from the speaker platform or back of the room.   You also understand that you will be notified about the status of your RFP by e-mail no later than 90 days before the conference.
