Presentation Handouts:
Please submit an electronic file of your presentation to us no later than January 4, 2010 so that we may add the content to our attendee information packets.
Speakers do not receive a fee or expense reimbursement for their participation in the conference. However, please join us after the conference for a Happy Hour with conference attendees. This is a great way to meet people and connect with fellow Global HR Professionals.
What to do the day of the conference:
Let someone at the registration desk know you are a speaker so you can be accounted for. You will receive a name tag identifying you as a speaker. Please plan on arriving at your presentation room 10-15 minutes prior to the presentation time. At the start of your session, you will have a conference committee member introduce you and your session to the audience.
